Coping With The Times: Guide Your Heart

Our heart plays a key role in our coping with the challenges live poses daily. Here I am, tossing and turning. Just wondering what to make of the time we are in.

Graciously, the spirit reminded me of the place of my heart in coping with all issues. To do this we should ensure it is healthy and well-fed!

Then I remembered a songwriter “The heart is not so smart…where it should not go, always seem to find.” Songs like this connect so well with me, considering the several times I have made heart decisions that almost ruined me. However, the Word of God subtly reminds us to guide our heart diligently because live’s issues proceed from there. It explicitly tells us that it is easy to know what our heart has been feeding on, just by listening to and watching our expressions.

I am learning to feed myself more with positive words, especially the promises of God. We know that the World was founded and it is sustained by Him. We know that times and seasons would come and go, so long as the Earth remains; therefore we should not count it strange when life happens. It is a matter of time, and the current phase of life would give way to another. It may be tougher or easier…only God knows, but let not your heart be troubled. The Lord would with each situation show us a way around it, then we would come forth stronger, better and wiser. Let us always remember that we exist for a good cause and that all that happens are all in the plan.

I am so loving these positives vibes. They are infectious and I sure hope you get infected too!
